Chief Les Sylven, Caroline Parsons, Mayor Winsor

Central Saanich Police Service is proud to introduce its newest member, who was sworn-in on April 10, 2017.  Caroline Parsons has spent 14-years with the Peel Regional Police before calling Central Saanich home. She brings a diverse background in policing having experience working with a Special Victims Unit, Homicide and Missing Persons unit, Uniform Division and Community Policing. She is committed to the communities she serves by volunteering with such events as the Special Olympics and Cops for Cancer.

We are very lucky to welcome Caroline to the Central Saanich Police family with her wealth of knowledge, experience and her proven commitment!

Caroline replaces Cpl. Brian Kerr, who recently retired after a distinguished 35-year career in policing.  We wish Brian a long and healthful retirement as we welcome Caroline!
